Winston Freer Puzzle
The Original Winston Freer Puzzle – by John Rogers
This is the original Winston Freer Puzzle, as sold by John Rogers—a true classic and a favorite among collectors and puzzle enthusiasts.
The puzzle begins with a total of 63 squares. One square is removed, and the remaining pieces are rearranged—yet the display still appears to contain 63 squares. This baffling process is repeated two more times, mysteriously creating three additional pieces along the way. In the final phase, all remaining pieces are placed back into the frame, where they fit perfectly, as if nothing ever changed.
A stunning demonstration of visual deception, mathematical illusion, and precision craftsmanship, this puzzle is as fascinating to study as it is impossible to explain.
